How will a good relationship among employees benefit the Hospitals?

  It’s an important role played by every individual (Consultant, Manager, Senior, Junior, Fresher & Student) who work in a hospital to maintain healthy communication & sportsmanship among themselves & to lead the hospital on a successful track.

“Have you ever wondered about finding it difficult to capture/retain patients despite performing cutting-edge treatment techniques & having the latest equipment?“- Well, it’s probably because the ambassadors of the hospitals may not have performed well in their role plays at the patient’s front such as gesture imbalance, inattentiveness, showing less importance and arguing, scolding each other when patients are around.

 Who are the ambassadors of the hospitals? 
 Typically every patient in a hospital will spend more time with front desk staff, nursing staff & helping staff, who are constantly in touch with patients in one way or another more than the doctors. So, they are the people who are supposed to hold/uplift the hospital’s brand image, hence the ambassadors.

What If the ambassadors are not united & scattered as a gang! It will lower the productivity of work, department quality will be compromised & hospital growth will be tampered. A bit disturbing isn’t it!

Therefore, It’s important for the management to put full efforts to create and maintain POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP with employees and harmony in the workplace.  

Positive Relationship consists of these following important factors which are to be concentrated regularly to progress better:

❖   Healthy Environment – Hospital becomes a happy place to work

❖   Conflicts Handling – Discourage conflicts & fight among individuals creates a conflict free environment

❖    Punctuality – Reduce the problem of absenteeism at workspace

❖  Self-Aware- Individuals should aware of their importance at the workplace and treat all equally 

 

When all of these above points are gradually implemented & structured over a period of time then the existing & new staff would definitely feel motivated which will bring a lot of positivity to the workplace and innovative ideas for the betterment of hospitals. In addition, the productivity of the staff will be roaring & quality of service will be appreciable.

 Eventually, the growth of the hospital will be healthy & sustainable!!!
